Jason began his practice in the Heart of Historic Pawtuxet Village in May 2008. The firm offers tax preparation and planning to business and individuals. He also conducts financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. In addition, he offers bookkeeping services and financial and computer consulting.
He was previously employed for over eight years in a local accounting firm in Franklin, Massachusetts as the Tax and Audit Manager. Jason was responsible for the final review of various clients’ tax returns in industries ranging from construction to non-profit organizations. In addition, he was responsible for all financial statement audits, including the issuance of the final financial statements.
Jason graduated from Bryant University in 1994, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Over the past fifteen years he has been helping clients achieve their financial goals as well as saving them significant tax dollars. His diverse background includes working in the private sector for a $100 million retail company, where he initiated several new ideas. He was instrumental in developing a monthly financial statement and commentary report that was reviewed by the Company’s C.F.O. and V.P. of Finance.
Raised in Smithfield, Rhode Island, he currently lives with his wife and three children in Edgewood. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was the former Treasurer of the Rhode Island Tourettes Syndrome Association. Jason is also a member of the MA & RI Society of CPAs.
